Is there a free audio host with unlimited bandwidth and unlimited file size that allows hotlinking?

Cheapest SQL Server hosting?

The one I have costs something like 25 dollars to set up *each* database and then 5 dollars a month. Is this unreasonable? Is there a better deal out there?

What kind of sites can we start with a SQL server ?
