Webhosting Media (Anime). Which one is the best that offers unlimited bandwidth and allows media hosting?

Is there a free audio host with unlimited bandwidth and unlimited file size that allows hotlinking?
An 12 month plan they allow music files but for movies only wmv are allowed httpwwwinterkeyscomtophosts.
