Webhosting Media (Anime). Which one is the best that offers unlimited bandwidth and allows media hosting?

If there is an ebay option please inform me. I have searched for a good host for months now. An 12 month plan they allow music files but for movies only wmv are allowed httpwwwinterkeyscomtophosts.
